I would just like to say that I sometimes have a bug in the game. when I talk to NPCs, complete missing dialogues.
1 of 5 npcs have this bug.
but when I press M, I can read the in the Dialogues
so this is not soo bad

I'm having exactly the same issue.
I play with the last game version (1.0.107) on STEAM.
I play in French (not german).

And yes, on some npc, I have no dialogues. Only my answer.
And yes, I still have access to the dialogue if I open the special chat where are logged all the dialog in the game.

So...exactly same issue. But in french dialog.

Hier gibt es keines, soweit ich weiss.
Probiers mal mit dem entsprechenden Subforum im RPGBoard. Die Farben sind zwar grauenhaft und es scheint nicht so gut besucht zu sein, aber es ist wohl besser als nichts. Ansonsten noch das Subforum von World of Players.
