We've made our way through the mines and when we go to leave via the clicky mirror we end up back in Luculla Forest in combat with two trolls. Consistently, though, one of the party members immediately "drops out of combat" (their portrait disappears from the set of "who goes next" icons at the top) even though they're right there. A few people may get to take their turn (based on initiative order) and then it inevitably ends up "waiting" indefinitely where the out-of-combat person can act, even attack once or twice as if they were in combat, but then nothing else has any effect -- as if they'd used up their points and it was someone else's turn, but the game won't move on to the next person. The out-of-combat person can still move around and perform attacks that do nothing, but nobody else can do anything, the mobs do nothing any more at that point, everything is stuck because of the one character that's in combat, but not in combat.
We've tried reloading multiple times, dismissing the hires and exiting with just the two main characters, swapping out who has control of which character, etc. but in all cases we end up with one character getting dropped out of the fight and messing up the game.
If it were at any other point we'd try pyramiding around the issue, or something else, but since it's in leaving the mines, there are no other options for getting out that we know of.

Did you try doing it in single player?

Can you flee combat and then return?


Please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the D:OS support tool (for the PC version). The report will contain system and game information, any crash dumps, and your saved games. If file size is an issue, any saves not related to the problem can be deleted (at least keep the one just before exiting the mine).

Ran the analysis tool and sent the report in to support per your suggestion.
Just to let you know, we tried the single-player thing and it still had the problem. Dismissing the hires and with just the two main characters we had the one that was still "in combat" flee (successfully) and the other character then could teleport or walk to them, but as soon as they get close to the character that fled, that character goes back into "combat" mode (even with no mobs around.)
We always end up with one character in combat while the other is out. You can't fight the mobs to kill them because as soon as it's the turn of the character that is "out" of combat, combat gets stuck. And we can never leave the zone (to see if that would fix anything) because one or the other character is always in combat, no matter where we go in the zone. It's like one character's combat flag always gets flipped the wrong way. (But which character it is varies on who is in the party, etc.)
Open to any other suggestion while waiting for support to get back to us. We've been having a blast with the game.
