As the title tells We've been at Larian Studios and played Riftrunner until late in the evening (sorry Bronthion for keeping you there so long ). But before I will tell anything about the gameplay (yes I'm evil), we asked Lar a whole bunch of questions. Too much for one article, so the remaining Q&A's will be in the next part. And in the third part we will tell about our gaming experience with Riftrunner.

Here's the link.

So they've finally found a way to find Kirill: just follow the water!

Myrthos it is a great interview indeed. I thank you for making my questions. I thank you very much!

I laughed so much with the picture of the flooded offices!!! [Linked Image]

Can´t wait for the rest. I hope you had a good time playing there.

Very nice work

So far Kirill always managed to get the water off just in time (or we did...and then he usually went to sleep and let it cool down). Well, until now...

Personally, I believe the most interesting part is the following :

Quote
RPGDot: How many people are working on the project at the moment?

Swen: There are 20 people in total working on Riftrunner. Although some of them work on parts that will be used for both Riftrunner and Divinity 2.
Besides that there is also a secret project (let’s call it Project X). For this game a 3D engine and multiplayer mode has been created.

To be honest Project X was a name we gave it. Swen didn't want to talk about it any further unless we signed an NDA. We didn't, so we don't know much more about it...... although Project X is located behind a very big window just across Swen's office, one did have to try very hard not to see anything. As we did try very hard, there is nothing else to say about it

Alrik mentioned somethig. So we will have and a third game apart from 2 and . I think we all must sharpen a lot of axes or other weapons... To be prepaired

I'm prepared....i just got some new strings, and made up a new song called
... are you ready....??

it's called "My Tub Runneth Over" with "choppy riffs", and a "flowing beat",
much the same as water cascading down a stairway,

it's dedicated to Kirill the music man!

It's funny you say that, there is a puzzle in Act 1 related to water flowing down.
