Are there belts in this game? Have never seen one drop and I save scum a lot. Will I be wearing zandors trunks and smelly panties when I*m level 21?

There are belts in the game although they are not very common at the beginning.

Belts are dropping relatively rare, but you can find useful ones for your chars at vendors (especially those that carry "good" equipment).

You can craft belts.

later in game you'll find quite a few actually. most of them have no special qualities, but very high level, and so you can craft high elemental resistance:)
