This is pretty straightforward. I have a character with black skin, and equipping Worn Cloth Armor gives her body white skin.

Here she is with the armor off:

This may just be a function of how armor is handled on the female player character model. The result is sort of problematic.

There is no fix yet. You can switch the character's gender or not use cloth armour to avoid the problem, or use a lighter skin tone to lessen the contrast between face and non-face skin tones with cloth armour equipped.

Hi,
The problem is still present, is there a way to fix it ? maybe a mod ?

It's the same issue with the armors, like on these screenshots i posted on this old reply for example :

It's esthetic, but it's not great for an immersive experience.
