What can be considered the best choice for the wishing well?

Is there any thing that affects the shrine of good and evil besides it just randomly giving or taking stats?

AFAIK, the shrine is random, but I didn't try it at different levels or reputation, etc to see if there was some influence.

Depends on what you are looking for and how you want to build your character.
My personal preference is Experience. It will give you enough to go to the next level no matter what level you are or how much you need. Use it around level 40 or up when you need a rediculous amount and make sure you do it right after you level. DONT use it when you are close to leveling. It will just take you to the next level which would be a waste. This is in reference to the

PS. You need to offer 1000 gold to get the exp choice. Dont offer 10,000, it does not give you any extra choices or increases. Just a waste of money.
