Hi, I wonder what the mirror and ropes are for?Where I can use them? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

The mirror is important, you have to use it in a quest to heal the two soldiers in Aleroth.
If you need informations about this quest ask for it.
But the ropes are not important. Except the 4 ropes you will find in the treasure cave in the dark forest.
You will use them for the Larian armor quest.

When is that Larian armor quest?I have already gathered the council but have some quests unsolved.I do not remember two soldiers in Aleroth?I have healed one man there in a house of Lizard...is he one of them?

The Larian armor quest is an easter egg (a hidden quest).
Did you solve the quest of the treasure maps ?
If not, i could give you more informations about these 2 quests with good links.

Yes the soldier in the lizard's house was one of them.
Now it is too late for this quest but if you play again the game you will use the magic mirror to duplicate the healing gem to be able to heal the 2 soldiers.
The second soldier was in the house of the dwarf Otho.
