After I've seen a few different folks posting screenshots of their mods, I began to realize that a lot of people seem to have solved a problem I have.

How can I enlarge the skydome (from the atmosphere tab) to encompass my entire world? So far, when I activate it, I just get a very, very tiny version at the (0,0,0) coordinates.

Thanks in advance if you know what I'm getting wrong here.

Change the scale of the skydomes. Click itand press CTRL+B or CTRL+SHIFT+B (Not at my desktop so I can't be sure) the scale is at the very bottom of the dropdown list. The biggest scale I've used on it is around 30 and the textures still seem to be fine. Also if you're planning to do a very drawn back perspective shot and the skydome is really far it could get affected by the depth of field quality on the atmosphere tab. To make sure this doesn't happen go to the atmosphere tab, then go to varia tick the depth of field box that says "near-only" or something like that.

I can't actually target mine. Click+Drag doesn't pick it. I doubt it, but would it be listed in the items or something else?

That's weird dragging and dropping always worked for me. I really can't check right now but I'm pretty sure it's under the root templates thing.

Alrighty, thanks. It's probably something on my end then. I'll keep looking.

If you can't select it by clicking try selecting it from the objects menu.
On the menu bar on top of the editor there should be a brown box. Inside there it lists every object in your mod.

Yeah, after doing a bit of searching I found another version of skydomes in the root templates. Originally, I was using the skydomes from the atmosphere tab and even though it's not perfect yet, it's a bit more progress than I started the thread with.
