I though 4. To finish it: kill her pet.

BTW, the lowest level is just a room; the 2nd/3rd are about the same size as the first.

And how to open a chest in the lair of this pet?

u can see there's a skull on top of the chest. drag it into your inventory & then click on the chest once again. skull's the key.
