Over here the photo has to be taken from the front, else they couldn't Identify the driver, since all infringements are eventually locked on to your drivers Licence, I.O.W. if there was no picture of you behind the steering wheel then you could say it wasn't you but a friend ... which friend? geez I don't remember <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

To celebrate christmas, we have four generations of family get together (which is a lot of people) on Christmas Eve and have a huge dinner consisting of several different dishes ranging from pasta to ham to squid, to floudner to shrimp etc.

After the meal, presents are opened with the kids going first. Then the cleanup is done and dessert is to be had by everyone, even those on diets. The list of desserts is way to numerous to mention as everyone brings two or three different types of desserts, but it's always the same every year, because we like it that way.

However, there has been on thing missing from the family celebration the past three years and will be missing again this year. That one thing being me.

I celebrate Christmas by sleeping in, and then when I do wake up I spend the the day enjoying the fact I finally have a day off.

They start there, but the registered owner can claim that someone else was driving. If the supposed driver accepts this claim, the fine becomes theirs. If not, then you have to take it to court to battle further. This can also be handy if you're about to lose your licence due to repeated fines...
