After destroying the elemental staff at the forge, the three elementals pop out and you get automatically into a conversation with Sua, the fire elemental. Once I'm done talking to him, the 2 other elementals disappear without me being able to talk to them.
Edit: In a previous save I was able to talk to all of them and barter with them for unidentified rares.
