how do one cure the slowed condition?

Are you encumbered? Most magical conditions just wear off with time. If you are encumbered just drop some loot.

i tried the haste but it doesn't help for two of my heroes!

slow wears of after 3 turns or if you counter it with haste.

So if that is not the case for you, then either you are doing something wrong or you encountered a bug. I am more inclined to believe that it is something on your part. The amount of information given by you is rather limited so it is rather difficult to judge.

And as LeBurns said: encumbered is not the same as slowed. Encumbered means you are carrying too much.

Also, if i remember it right, you keep standing on the source of a status effect, every turn it will try to renew its duration.

move off the oil

also, one game area gives you slowed status, not removable.

If you are in the sandstormy area only way to remove slowed is using immune to slow gear.
If you are anywhere else your character may be encumbered.
