I heard someone mention a book of holding, where is it?

In the thieves' guild, cellar of the Ducal inn in Verdistis.

It is just a book (container) which weights 5 units (IIRC), rather than 100 for a sack of grain, or 200-500 for a chest / barrel. It does not negate the weight of anything put in it (except in that the weight you are carrying is not updated automatically when putting anything in a container in your inventory. If you drop, pickup, equip or move anything in your inventory, the weight will be re-calculated, and you may be carrying more than your maximum weight. If equipping anything causes this over-loaded state, what it replaces will be destroyed If you drag anything out of your inventory when overloaded and try to drop it where there is a red X, it will be destroyed. Be careful when piling a lot of stuff in any container in your inventory.
