I don't suppose you saved after the combat got stuck?
If you did, please email it, and the save before combat started, to supportdos@larian.com, if you wouldn't mind. For Windows you can use the
D:OS support tool to generate a report.zip file which will contain system and game information, as well as your saved games (to reduce the file size, you could delete most of the saves from the zip).
For Mac, you can use System Profiler to get system info, and saves are in a folder something like:
~/Documents/Larian Studios/Divinity Original Sin/PlayerProfiles/<ProfileName>/Savegames
