What are those empty vials in the poor quarter for? There are some hdden behind a bush outside one of the houses, then my char says somthing, are they for anything (except alchemy uses)?
I think there is not a special use. They are hidden near the well to make us think that some poison have been thrown in the well by somebody. Maybe Dr Elrath because he said to the people to drink a lot of water.
