Can anybody tel me where the cellar of Cornelius is?Is it in the dwarven halls where the hostile dwarves are?

Cornelius is in the 2nd Level of the mines of the Dwarven Halls.

Edit : In the mines, it is not Cornelius but Moriendor !

Maybe Cornelius is the Black Ring member who changed Goemoe into a snake.

Here, Waterbeefly, the location of the cellar - BUT! you need to talk to Trevor/merchant guild master first (hatch otherwise locked). Is the quest already triggered by the scrying statues?
