I went around the jail, and lock-picked every door. The other prisoners reacted properly. But the imprisoned Orc just sat in jail, so I talked to him.... he asked me to help him out. I had already set him free, but he didn't know. I teleported him out of the cell, he still stood there, and had no idea.
