I just finished the catacombs after restarting the game about fifteen times (thank God) and I have too many items to bare. After choosing what is best for my male warrior what should I do with the rest of the items. Some of the items are very good with high sell prices but I'm unable to use them at my current level. I use Joram's basement as my "Home Base" and is where I store items that I can't or don't use. What items should I expect to be sold in the next part of my journey? In other words, how much money and what should I buy at Aleroth? Thanks in advance, as always!

You should probably only need to buy potions in Aleroth. Later you will find merchants with more money and better equipment. Most of the equipment I used in the game was found or dropped by monsters, rather than bought from merchants. Money may be tight for a little while (though you can trade with items you don't want/need), but soon you should have more than you can use.

Store what you can't sell. George's house might prove to be more convenient--closer to the teleporter and Mardaneus. You can store everything in chests and cupboards and George has a few. Organize the stuff in categories that make sense to you in a few chests or barrels; it makes it easier to find what you want than if you have over 100 miscellaneous items in 1 chest. Put the TP stone next to the bed to get rest when you need it.

My solution was much the same as Cleglaw's. I "acquired" empty chests and barrels and set them up in a nice clear area in Aleroth. Then I placed one teleporter next to them, so that at any point I could teleport back and stash extra equipment, or remove some to sell to a vendor, for instance in Arc Magicana or Verdistis. It also provided a nice logical place to rest, get healed, and stash equipment that I don't want to sell but will use later. Better than just dropping the stuff on the ground with no organization.

You can make a MONSTER profit doing this and there's no sense in throwing away free money, eh?. As pointed out, George's store will yield several nice empty chests/barrels you can use (he certainly won't mind, after you find him mysteriously murdered). Either move in or pick another "home base" that suits you.

Oh, quick thing. I recommend using chests instead of barrels when possible, because they can't be destroyed. I can't name the number of times I accidentally clicked on a barrel to open it, only to have my character break it open with his sword because I forgot to holster his weapon.

HULK SMASH! Well, warriors never were known for their intelligence.
