Hi, I managed to miss Samid at the entrance of luculla area. I read that he gives you a few quests. Where can I find him now ?

he's no quest giver, just some info about the main quests in the area. you don't need him to proceed.

however, he should be running to you when you're near the waypoint for the first time.

OK, I thought he would tell me to infiltrate the village. Yes, I saw him running, but he didn't speak to me.
