No forum I know has this... and currently after another post one can no longer edit the first post in a topic... this completely breaks mod presentation topics and information topics (related to modding) since first post should ALWAYS contain the latest information. Or in case of lists a proper list of what is contained within a topic.
There isn't any a good reason for this "UBB feature" to be enabled imo.
