Where can it be found? I know there is Fortify, Bless, but I can't find Haste anywhere?

Also, I can't seem to find many Man-at-Arms skill books in this game for warriors! Why not?

Shareth should have it eventually. For a mage though, you're better off with Wildfire in Pyro, lasts an extra turn IIRC.
