Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks To Go or not to go that is the question

I just rescued Zandolor from the treasure room and he's teleported me back and he's asked me to go with him somewhere and I have the option to go or to 'gather equipment'.
Is this the wasteland, should I go and solve all the quests or just go with him and I will be able to come back?

You can go with him, but save before this, please: Fight coming up.
After surviving, you can return to the Rivertown area via teleporter in that area and solve all unfinished quests.

Thanks, how tough is the fight?
If it's hard then I think I might solve a few more quests first anyway.

Difficult to say... I enjoyed the fight using fire and later on lightning - I was about lvl 35 (mage).

I have been looking for them EVERYWHERE, I'm only level 24 at the moment so I might wait a bit but I'd really like them back.

Kathy what kind of character do you have...my warrior could do it about that level...with a frost sword of course <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I'm a mage, but I don't have a frost sword, I have lifedrain (2) but that probably won't help much.

Kathy meteorstrike helps against the mummies and the boss monster there is vulnerable to lightning - or use elemental strike.

OK, I went in there to give it ago, I used the spell frost. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" />
Also I used summon demonic aid, This might be a bug but he was sooooooooooo helpful, nothing hurt him, not even the succbus!!!!!! Well he didn't hurt anything either, they were too powerful for him but they all went and attacked them from behind and they just ignored me and TRIED to kill him <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" />

But when I killed the succbus, I didn't get my teles back <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" />
