Ive tried Emailing people at Larian Directly, Ive sent a PM on Kickstarter, and yet my messages are being ignored, so I need to be abit louder to get attention.

Heres My Story:

Ive been a huge Larian Fan, Ever since I was unpacking the new stock we received instore and saw an amazing RPG called Divinity 2: Ego Draconis. I followed Larian Profusely since then, Letting everyone know the hidden gem that Larian was.

So like most people I backed the Divinity Original Sin, and "purchased" a Physical Kickstarter Edition of the Game, 4 Weeks after getting word that the physical boxes were shipped I started to worry since most people were saying they have gotten theirs and I was still waiting, Larian were away from the office till the 5th of August so it seemed like a good buffer to determine if the package was missing.

The 5th Came and I let Larian know what had happened, they let me know that they have resent a replacement and were sorry for the wait. I think it was worse since im dying to play the game and refuse to "experience" it digitally, Im old school, I want to crack open a box, read the manual, stick the disc in the drive ect.

So now its the 21st of September, Ive waited a week for Larian to to get back to me. Ive gone the my local post office to let them know what has happened, im a usual there, and said they was most likely "stolen" by someone in the sorting center. There has been a big problem with missing parcels as of late in Australia, and shipping a parcel without tracking is like throwing your goods away (Im not sure why Larian didnt add tracking the second time, I would have paid for just the peace of mind....). There was not much more I can do, since Im not the sender, they can only launch an investigation if the sender files a "Customer Service Complaint"

So Here I am, one of the more loyal fans tossed aside and ignored, for, and I hate to admit it, Larians lack of foresight, I can understand shipping everything at once without shipping, but I have no Idea why they would do it a second time.

Hopefully Larian sees this. Or Maybe they will Ignore it...

Thanks for taking the time to read

I hope you get the attention you seek in this case, waiting this long must be a huge bummer.

Ps.: Your "old-school" experience will be very digital and new-age even if you get your cd in a box ,) Half a dozen patches out, and at least a 6gb download waiting... wink If it is in any way solvable with your conscious download the latest GOG setup and call it a day. Much less hassle, and much faster (yes, even on Australian slownet). And you can still crack open boxes when they ever get to you. I assume you supported this game because you like RPG's, so I find you should choose the fastest way to get it when the way you wanted doesn't seem to progress in any shape or form....

but it's your choice I guess. Either way, not sending international packets without insurance is kinda odd... one hopes Larian didn't send those packets themselves privately.

We were/are indeed dealing with either bounced packages (because people moved in the meantime), or people that haven't received nothing at all. Of course we do understand that you want your box quickly and you deserve this! Unfortunately the post in Belgium is extremely expensive and if we would send all the bounced or lost packages for a second time with a tracking number, that would be a huge cost. Additional costs would be (approx) 45 EUR (by post) and even up to 80 EUR (by DHL/Fedex).

Can you email me please? support@larian.com
Please refer to this topic; together we can look for a solution.

Thank you,
Lynn
