After I enter Evelyn lair there is only her zombie version but after some conversation she disappear and no Jake body is to be found. I had killed Evelyn in medic house and maybe that is the reason I can`t finish The Councillor's Wife and A Mysterious Murderer. How to progress?

Interesting, I never tried to kill Evelyn before finding out her identity.

The quest concludes in the old church. There is also a house that is in ruins, in the forest, that has evidence of someone else who is involved in Jakes murder. I don't think this quest for you is broken.

You can either do the quest properly (go back to a game save prior to you killing Evelyn) or just work on clearing the map. You should be able to finish the quest in the old Cyseal church.

Please reply here after you finish the quest in the Church, or if you cannot finish the quest there. It is best to clear the whole forest of monsters first and to find this old hut before doing the church.

You will be able to proceed in the game and still e.g. resolve the undead quest. Unfortunately without Jake the murder quests will not be marked as finished and other quests not opened.

But you should meet Jake again later anyhow, see for yourself, if he offers the additional dialogue lines for the murder quests.
