I love this game, and after playing it a lot I would like to list out what I would like to see changed about it.
1. I would like to be able to color code inventory boxes, this would allow me to designate portions of the inventory for certain things and it would give it more order. So lets say I color coded the top right portion, say four squares, as gold and I wanted this to be "backup weapons" or something. Not a big thing, but would be nice.
2. More container options, I like to vary up the containers instead of having 4 of the same backpack. Right now I have multiple backpacks and have one example of what they contain next to each. But it would be nice to have more options than backpacks. I use baskets as well.
3. I would like to see crafting quests added. You have to cook this for this quest, or maybe someone asks you to craft them some leather armor, etc.
4. I think being poisoned should last longer, maybe double the time it does now or even longer. This would give skills and potions that can remove the effect more importance. Right now I tend to just let it tick till it is done instead of using someone's turn to make it go away a turn or two earlier. Poison still lets the character take actions, so making it last longer would give it more power and be just as worrisome as other things that make characters lose entire turns (like being frozen)
5. I think the 'chill" effect should slowly take away health, faster than rot would. When going through the frozen blizzard area this would make it important to find those camps with fires more important to get warm and heal up. It would also be nice to be able to build your own fire or camp.
6. Nine inch nails added to boots prevents slipping, I would like to see more things like this. Like crafting a scarf to add to armor to prevent "chill" or something like that.
5. I would like there to be reasons to revisit old areas that you already cleared out. Perhaps a "new and more deadly" band of orcs have stormed the beaches.
6. Encounters were new enemies show up in the middle of a current fight.
7. Things other than weapons should lose durability faster. I don't seem to have to worry about any other armor, just the weapons.
8. I think elemental resistances should deteriorate on armor much like durability, but this can be fixed through crafting, but not as easily as double clicking a hammer and clicking the armor. Perhaps you need specific crafting ingredients to do this.
9. Would like to see enemies target explosive and other type barrels on purpose.
10. Looking a the kickstarter page, it seemed they wanted to do day/night cycles and NPC daily activities, would love to see that done
11. If day, night cycles were added. would love to see eating and resting become a requirement or negative effect would pile up. Then players would have to craft bedrolls to camp out.
