I found out whenever i enter the end of time it removes all my discovered effects on my all my food and drinks.

I have saved every time before going to my homestead and every time it happens forcing me to reload my game and preventing me from using the homestead.

The foods and drinks still work as normal but it just doesnt show the effect anymore in the tooltip. Not even if i use it again. Its just keeps showing the amount of actions point needed to consume.

Now i know this isnt a big issue, but its kinda annoying to lose all that information because i make proper use of drinks/foods in this game playing on hard.

So is this a known bug with any possible fix? Or can i no longer return to my homestead without sacrificing my working tooltips ?

Any answer or help is much appreciated.

It also happened to me upon entering the Black Cove. Guess there is no way around this for me anymore. Ah well ill just write the effects down or something.

Anyways it only seems to affect my food and drinks like apples and bottle of water or my created pizza's for example. But not (crafted) Healing potions and resistance potions.

I love the game and this isnt gonna bother my game experience that much but still. Hope this will be fixed someday.

This is a bug that I've experienced since buying the game two months ago. It has persisted through at least two patches. I find that the food info disappears whenever I switch locations, but saving and immediately reloading the game at a new location restores the food info. Not a game-breaker because its easily rectified with saving and reloading, but it does get annoying when you forget what effects food has.

Honestly though, unless you take the trait that doubles the magnitude of food effects, food is a little useless because the effects of most food are mediocre (+1 str with 100% slow) and don't last very long. Making food effects last ten turns might make it more appealing. After hitting level 10 with my characters I sold all my food and food ingredients to free up inventory space and haven't regretted it.
