Bloodletting plus leech is like playing on god mode. In going to start a new play through, so what other ones should I avoid?

Thanks!

If you know how to fight? Everything, literally every little thing, that is connected to crowd control. Because with crowd control you never die, regardless of bloodletting and what not. I usually lose less than 10% of the combined party health during even the most difficult fights.

So no stun, freeze, blind, knock down etc.

Thorsten

Yeah solo the game with a character that doesn't use any of the game breaking combos

Knockdown, Blind, Stun, Frozen, Petrify, are all status effects that completely inhibit an enemy from attacking. Avoid those ones.

Stun is better because it's only a 100% chance to stun if an enemy is standing on blood or water and you cast lightning on that surface.

CC is fine though. You have to be able to CC some of the mobs on higher difficulties to survive. Without CC you'd be toast. I dont' see how that's overpowered, but is a normal part of these kind of games... Am I wrong?

I just want to know the top major game breaking skills whether they are broken on their own or only in combination with other skills, like Lone Wolf + Glass Cannon. Both probably fine on their own, but together break the game.

It isn't only that CC is a little bit OP(could nerf the chance to hit), but also that enemy AI is really bad responding to it.

For example lay down a few oil slicks in narrow hallway and watch as no one will come at you since they fear getting their boots dirty and will let you range them to death.
