Where can I find elemental essences such as fire or water essence.

It seems that you need a lot of these to create spells, enchant
etc but so far (I've nearly finished all quests in Cyseal) I've only got 1 earth essence.

Can anyone tell me where a good place to stock up on lots of these in Cyseal area would be? Any help much appreciated.

Sometimes people have them for sale. Like basically all crafting items, your main supply comes from pure random luck.

They don't tend to show up for a couple more levels (I think they're a level 5 ingredient) but once they do you'll get plenty from Cylia and the ship captain. Remember vendors reroll every time you level up.
