I can't talk with Conrad, what's going on? I believe it is a bug.
My main two characters can't talk to him. When the cursor move on him, the dialogue mark appears, but clinking the key of the mouse just can't activate the dialogue. But my mercenary can talk with him (but as you know, he just say he don't wanna talk with the in-betweeners).

What should I do?

If you have a main character draw their weapon and click on Conrad, do you get a 'watch where you are pointing that thing' type of response? If so can you apologize and continue talking to him?
Is there anything on the ship you can move or pick up to try to provoke a reaction that way?

You could try having a lone character get caught pickpocketing him, flee the resulting combat and then return, to see if that would help. It will result in a drop in reputation, though (hence doing it with just one character), and depending on your current reputation, NPCs drawn into the fight might still be hostile when you return.

Do you have any relatively recent saves you can revert back to where Conrad is responsive?

You can solve the quest without talking to Conrad (you'll eventually run into the NPC who stole the staff anyway), though would miss a bit of the experience for it.

If you email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem (or link to this topic) and the report.zip file generated by the D:OS support tool (for the PC version), I can take a look at it.
The report will contain system and game information, as well as your saved games. To reduce the file size, any saves not related to the problem can be deleted.
