I wonder if their is some "Manual" for the "Developer's Cut" version ?

So I don't MESS UP things !!

Because starting the Developer's Cut I read a "Warning" about savegames don't work anymore ... !)

Not that I'm aware of (though I could be wrong: I'm not very observant!)

Personally, I think it's good practice to backup any savegames I'd like to keep anyway, as you never know what's going to come along and eat them! That way, if they don't load in future, you've your backups to copy back...

For the Developer Mode version, as long as you don't use the teleport or morph functions to bypass quest events, etc, you shouldn't have any problems breaking saves. Of course many of the cheats can make the game too easy, etc.

For the game there is a manual in the install folder, but there isn't really anything for the Developer Mode.

I wish to try to play the DKS on my laptop ... always played DKS on Xbox ... not sure I can handle it on pc ....
And as an extra try the DC version !

I've already seen a window in DC via the function key F11 .

Pfff .. I can't delete any (messed up) save game ???

The "CTRL +.." functions I've seen on that link don't do anything but mess up something (now I've a red fine line on my screen above the hero , but I don't know how to move/toggle that red line away), so I believe best to start a New game and don't touch other than the F11 key or the quickslots etc ...

Did you try just exiting the game, re-starting the Normal Mode version and then load the save?

If you do want to delete a save, you need to do so in the save window, not the load window. Select an existing save slot in the save window (click on it), and you will have the option to overwrite or delete it (buttons at the bottom of the window).

I can't play DKS well on a pc pfff .. I'm so clumsy with giving commands with mouse and keyboard ... I simply must play on "casual", otherise I'm stone dead ...

I must buy a new flatscreen to play again DKS on my Xbox
(I've tried on my Television screen but not so good ... and I've tried many screen-options)

But to be honest, the visuals on pc are very nice !

Maybe I'll try only part II, Flames of Vengeance on pc, that's less fighting, certainly when I put Mindreading on highest level (via a Developer's Cut Cheat ) so I don't lose all the XP via mindreading NPC's ...
