Yes, it is out. Very nice game. It reminds me good old Jagged Alliance or some mixture of Fallout 2 and BOS.
Nice music, great graphics - realistic lights/shadows, great char animation, btw they can run, walk, crouch, prone. First game ever made where you can destroy almost everything. (What are these lockpicks for? -asks 2 feet gorilla with machine gun. Two bursts and the locked chest or door is open

Plot could be worked out better. But, there are still some goodies like random encounters.

Yes, and it is turn based.
Good example of a great game.

here, have a look

So, everyone, who likes tactical turn-based strategy RPG games there is suprisingly impressive presentation of such a game - Silent Storm.

You forgot to mention the most important thing: it's russian

It's a great game, with a fine graphic engine and an innovative skill system. Definitly not for everyone but it's much alike with Jagged Alliance.
Good you like it, Egin.

Yep, I enjoy the games like UFO, Fallouts, JA, so this was a pleasant surprise for me And even most of all that it is russian. Russians learn to make great games

The most astonishing piece of software I've ever seen as russion work is the PTS-DOS. Written totally in Assembler it is said to be incredibly fast. I couldn't buy it so far.

IGN gives a positive review on the game despite the flaws. & it looks so good that i may even try turn-based gaming. but then, maybe not.
