I've just bought Divinity Original Sin Digital Collectors edition.
Now I'm downloading it with steam.

What have I to do exactly to send a copy of this game, that should be included in the collectors edition, to one of my friends?

There should be a gift copy of the game in your Steam Inventory. In the Steam client, click on the View menu and select Inventory; there should be a Steam Gift there, which when selected will list the contents and show buttons to view it in the store or send it as a gift.
