I already solve this problem with load older save file.

But i have a another problem.

i waiting that imp retrieve my teleport stone but didn't happen.

i almost gather all council members but i havent teleporter stone.

how can i find it in regular way?

In the council hall, did you check out the room west of the gong, opened after the succubus was killed? Zixzax should be there, and place the teleporter pyramid(s) in your inventory when you talk to him. If you didn't have a teleporter with you entering the castle, they may have just stopped working, until after talking to Zixzax again.
