I was having some issues with my computer so I ended up having to reinstall steam and thus divinity. I can load the game fine but whenever I try to fast travel the game crashes. The game was working well before the reinstall.

I am running the game on 64 bit Windows 8.

Any suggestions?

If you create a new profile and start a new game on easy, then head straight for the first star stone, do you still crash when teleporting?

Or have you tried any older saves in your current playthrough?

Did you try verifying local files? In the library, right click on Divinity Original Sin and select Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and then click on the 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache...' button.

Please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the D:OS support tool (for the PC version). The report will contain system and game information, as well as your saved games. To reduce the file size, you can delete all but one or two saves from the zip.

You can also check the '..\Divinity - Original Sin\Shipping' folder for any CrashDump files, and either add some to the report.zip, or zip them separately.

The 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache...' tool worked. One of the local files was missing. Thank you for the assistance.
