I'm in the burial ground chamber and defeated Josephina. She didn't die, just said until next time. I've found two ceremonial items only, the book and it looks like a skull with a stick through it. Where is the third item I need? I found the locked chest but no key and couldn't find a lever. I used my lockpick skill but to no avail. Help!!

The 3rd item is a weapon Josephina droppes, it has to be identified though.

Sometimes she droppes it into a wall, in this case it is best to load a previous save and fight her again.

Have you talked to Finnigan in the Ducal Inn, Verdistis yet? He asks you to steal back his magic lockpicks, which are unbreakable. In a game started after installing the 1.34 patch, you can return the lockpicks to Finnigan, then buy them back. Before this, just keep them (don't drop them on the ground, or they will disappear) and leave the quest incomplete.

Oh man, I saw the unidentified item but was overburdened when I picked it up so I left if. Thanks, I'll get it and complete my quest. Thanks for info on the locks, sounds good to me.

how did you kill her.....im having a slight problem with it...lol

I had to use the scorpion trap to get those pesky dwarves and they ended up killing her.
