Hello all,

Please help. I can't save the game at all with above error message. Before this it had happened, however it's resolved when I change areas. But now it didn't resolve at all.

EDIT: Nevermind, after I change areas a few more times, the error disappear. I'm going to leave this here though for future reference, since I haven't found any mention whatsoever regarding this error when Googling.

Error code 526 is an error adding a file.

If this happens again, maybe try setting the game to run as administrator (right click the '..\SteamApps\common\Divinity - Original Sin\Shipping\EoCApp.exe' program file, select Properties, switch to the Compatibility tab and check that option... should be set by default for the GOG version), and shut down all non-essential programs (especially anti-virus) before starting the game.
