killing them gives 4x900exp and talking out of fight is like 800 exp, but do i meet them later maybe?

You don't meet them again later. You can talk them out of a fight for the experience and then attack them while they are leaving.

Oh, thank you for the releive father Fura. I felt so dirty when I talk them out then backstab freez the little green one.
