I think I'm just about at the end of Divine Divinity (just got to Black late. So looking ahead I'm debating about buying and playing Divinity 2 Developer's Cut from gog.com.
So here's my questions.
Is this game as good a Divine Divinity, which I have enjoyed very much?
What DLC's are included?
I only play on PC and am in my 60's and only like RPG's. So will this game turn me off and should I just go right to Original Sin?
I've always been crazy, but it keeps me from going insane.

Yes, it is as good as DD, and you can turn into a dragon (well, wyvern, technically).
Divinity 2 switched to a third person perspective camera, which can be zoomed out to an almost isometric perspective or zoomed in (along a curved path) to an over the shoulder type view or even past the character to look up.
Quest design is better in Divinity 2, though world interaction is less (due to the camera change there is no mouse cursor during gameplay, just when paused and in menus, etc). The music is similar; the humour is better, though there are not as many easter eggs as DD. The world design is much less flat.
The only DLC in the original Divinity 2 releases were equipment sets, which are available in the game or through the Developer Mode cheat window in the Developer's Cut.

@Raze. Finished Divinty. Loved the game Thanks for all your help.
Now can you tell if I will find any weapons or armor in Farglow. Just started. On way to find Morgana. Have no gold, weapons or armor.
Thanks again for your help. Hope it's all right to call on you again.

You've probably figured this out by now, but you'll get a weapon when you choose a starting 'class'. You can switch between the 3 (until you leave Farglow), and sell the weapon you get for two of them (whichever classes you don't want to start with).
There is a training area in Farglow you can use to try out the different starting skills, or otherwise practice, as well as get a little experience and loot.
There are 2 chests you can open there for more loot. One hidden that requires a key (which can be found after a Mindread), the other a level of Lockpick (there is a skill book to be found in Farglow if you explore, and/or you can grind in the training area).

Thanks. Still trying to get used to the game controls. I printed out a game manual but the print is so small it's hard to read. I have a friend that works in a print shop and he's going to see if he can enlarge it for me. 45 pages, I don't know

If you read the pdf on your computer, you'd probably only need to print out a few pages that you'd want to refer back to (controls, etc)

Ok guys I have a problem.
Found a chest in some bushes that says it can not be lockpicked.
In the course of exploring and mindreading, I did a mindread on Edmund, so I'm gathering it's his chest.
Got the warrior skill from Gawain which gave me access to the goblin arena.
Found the key on a rock by the fire.
PROBLEM: Can not Interact with the key regardless of how much I move around it. Have reloaded a save before entering the arena several times. Is what is in this chest worth all this. And is there some where else I can use the E key to see if there's a problem.

There is a small circular reticle (crosshairs) in the middle of the screen; point that at the key. It should be enabled by default, and easy to see if you are looking for it (and not hard to miss if you are not), but can be disabled in the Gameplay section of the options.
The chest contents are random. You can quicksave before opening it, but I wouldn't waste too much time reloading.
In the meantime, there is something else to find in the training area.
