I can't for the life of me find a sextant. I've reloaded some merchants over 40 times. Can someone export a .lsb of one and send it to me?

There is a lot if sextants in loots. However only few merchants have chance to got it.
I am sure for Hortun and the Captain on the ship in the Cysaeal Harbour.
