My hard drive crashed and I lost my game files. Where can I go to get a fresh install ?

All legitimate sources for the game (Steam, GOG or [just for the OSX version] the Mac App Store) allow you to re-download / re-install the game. The retail release or Humble Store, etc, provide a Steam key, so in that case it would be in your Steam library, and you could simply re-install Steam, log in and re-install the game.
