By Jian Jia Translation group. And the URL is here: http://steamcn.com/t109487-1-1

And files can be downloaded here:

//Note: the blue button means download.

To be more convenient, here is a backup I made on Google Drive:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3Qy94zLpUJIZ2VCemp5MHFSa0U/view?usp=sharing

I have no idea if someone has submitted the Chinese translated version, however, this work has been finished over one year.

Could Larian consider to add Chinese Official language support for the original game please?

Bump.
As a Chinese user of this localization mod, I have to say that D:OS really needs to add Chinese translation to attract more Chinese players.
As a RPG, one player cannot play D:OG without comprehensible translation.
The quality of this translation is pretty good, as Jian Jia is one of the most famous and conscientious unofficial Chinese translation group in China.
Of course, you can choose to use other sources of Chinese interpretation, however, I really hope to see that happened, especially at this time when the enhanced edition is going to be released.

Agreed. Even though I have never tried any Chinese localized edition for this game, I would say that the words and phrases inside are not very easy to understand and follow if the player is not a native English speaker. I have tried multiple methods to make the legal version be liked by more Chinese players via hoping that the official developer would consider a Chinese version, but who knows, maybe they have something more important to concentrate on?

Well, if I were the publisher of this game, I would have not ignored such a huge market.

Anyway, let us wait and see what will happen next.
