I think I read crafting would be changed in the EE, has there been news about the changes ? I don't think I have seen anything about it.

I think they added a better recipe system, so you don't need to use guides or experiment for hours any more.

The crafting system in EE is waaaay more better now !!! 
On 7th of february 2015 : I start a new adventure in the Divinity world of Original Sin,
it's a Fantastic Freaking Fabulous Funny ... it's my All Time Favorite One !

The recipe system is a definite improvement. Although I am still trying to figure out how to craft wands. Just haven't bothered to Google it.
