Heya Larian Studios,
I would like to first say thanks for the free copy of D:OS EE. The issue that I am having is that when I download and install the game when I go to open it, it says that I am missing the following .dll files:

MSCVP120.dll
MSVCR120.dll
VCOMP120.dll

I am not sure if these were supposed to be installed along with the game installation files or not. Thanks for any assisstance you can give me.

Further Info: Downloaded from GoG.com, running Windows 10.

Did you try verifying local files? In the Steam library, right click on Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition and select Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and then click on the 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache...' button.

Wellzy,
I should have noted that I downloaded the game from GoG. I do not see any features like that in the GoG Galaxy app. I have edited my original post.

I found that this is generally an issue with Microsoft Visual C++. Try reinstalling this. I don't know what the rules are for outside links, so I won't post one. Just do a google search for "Microsoft Visual C++" and you should find it.

For Steam, the redistributable files are included in the install folder (..\SteamApps\common\Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition\_CommonRedist). GOG may also include them (for D:OS they did with some of the installers, and not others).
To download them, I think it is the 2013 MS VC files that you need.

You can verify files with the GOG version, but I don't think that checks required dependencies, just the game files. In any case, in the (optional) Galaxy client, select Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition in the left column, then click on the More button, and in the Manage menu select 'Verify / Repair'. If you installed the game using the full install, you can still add it to Galaxy.
