Two things have been consistently tripping me up in the couple of hours that I've played so far:
1) It seems you now have to double-click on the item names that pop up when you hold Alt in order to get your character to pick them up.
2) When looting a container, you can press Space to take everything and close the container's window. If the container happens to be empty, pressing Space doesn't close the window.
It would also be really nice if we had an option to invert the Alt behaviour: show item names by default, and press Alt to hide them. I find I spend most of my time with my thumb on Alt so that I don't miss anything.
