Hi, i m playing with a friends and my main have Scoundrel, Aerotheurge & Witchcraft.
I mainly use Scoundrel because i have some malus with the others due to low inte.
If i keep Witchcraft lvl 1 spells only, do the inte malus will scale with my level, or i just have to put 2/3 more points in inte and i m done ?

The basic level witchcraft spells require 8 INT to remove the penalty. That stays the same for those spells regardless of your level. Higher level spells will require more INT.

Hybrid works fine. I am running scarlet a shadowblade with scoundrel, witchcraft and a bit of marksman. Roderick is a tanky battlemage with frost, fire and man at arms. As my third playthrough I would say that while slightly weaker both builds are vastly more flexible and adaptable.
