The achievement "fields of regret doesn't trigger anymore, tried it several times - or has it been removed from EE?

I see no achievement with that name in the achievement list in EE.

Which list do you mean? If you're referring to Steam's achievement list, most of them are invisible until you get them - it reads 54 achievements but there are only 10 or so greyed out visible.

You can get a full list of achievs on Steam by clicking "global achievements" - It'll list the hidden ones too (albeit without description).
