The controls are certainly going to be more convenient on a PC, and the thought of trying to manage my inventory or a console gives me shudders. There's also plenty of text to read that will probably read better on your PC, though I assume they found a way to make it bigger for consoles.
Unless you have a strong preference to play from your couch, go with the PC edition. My guess is that the console port is pretty good, so I don't think you'll have a bad time if you go PS4.
