The recipes for scrolls have not been translated.

And there is some more. If you want to transfer an item "an Madora geben" means something alike "putting at Madora". It's just "Madora geben".
Then there is an issue with the description if you hover over "damage". If you have the Bully talent it still tells you the old description including slow and crippled.


It's also the scrolls that have not been properly updated. You cannot make a skillbook of spraying earth and farsight is an air scroll that combines with a skillbook of air into a skill book for rangers. Might be intentional but still remains an ugly exception.

It should be called "Haare", not "Frisur".

The name of 2 zombies is correct, but why the third is calles rauben (= to rob) is a mystery.

Hi, do Larian fix these types of issues? By the way, you can do it by yourself - unpack .pak file with your language and correct .xml file with translation.

- I want to make the game better for everyone, not just myself. In Pillars of Eternity some people made a translation mod for german (and maybe other languages too). I reported all bugs I found and they changed this in the files and you can download it on nexus. But the official translation of D:OS is much better than the one of POE.

You can fix localization and share fixed .pak with community

The "empty potion flask" is called "leeres Giftflaeschchen" in german. It should be "leeres Trankflaeschchen". Somebody mistook "potion" and "poison".

Fixed most of these, looking into the Fire Skill Scroll issue. Shouldn't be English.

I know that Frederic is strange and he talks about himself in 3rd person. But does he believe he is an imp? ( I talk about the 2nd sentence. The rest is OK) How is this in the english version?

Not only scrolls are not translated.
The elemental quarterstaff is also not translated.
It is strange that I made already lots of them, but I realized just now that it is not translated.

Thanks for fixing the errors above in one of the last patches.

Unfortuanatly I found a new bug. The nightmare lingers on.

At the end of the game I have finished the nightmare section where everything is written reversed. I woke up, we had a conversation and we went through the portal. In the next section there is a well with flowers in the middle next to you. If you put your mouse over the pot with the plant, you see the correct text "Pflanze". But you also see a red health bar with the text "Fpot" ("Topf" reverse).

For some reasons I cannot make a screenshot. If I try, the whole image is black.

In English there is also the 'Plant' tooltip description and 'Top' health bar.

If you switch the game to Windowed or Fake Fullscreen mode you can use the PrintScreen button or regular screen capture programs to take a screenshot. In Fullscreen, you need to use something like Steam's built-in screenshot function or a program like fraps, specifically designed for games.
