Hey everyone. I'm having an issue with screen tearing no matter what settings I use. Fullscreen, fake fullscreen, triple buffering, double buffering, frame cap 60,50,40, etc. at 1920-x1080 60hz. I've tried using AMD Control Center settings and enforcing vertical sync there, to no avail. Not sure what to do now.

PC Specs:
Intel Core i7 3770k
ASUS R9 270
4x4gb RAM
Windows 7 Professional
running the game on a HDD, Windows on SSD

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

In my case shadows cause nasty stuttering when moving with camera locked to character or panning the view manually. - no FPS drop, fraps shows 60 fps but stuttering make it look like 20 FPS. and only when moving the camera.
Stuttering is gone when I turn off the shadows.

I have this issue in both original and enhanced edition.

Radeon HD 6870
i5-2500K
Windows 7 64bit
8gb ram

You show your settings at 60hz, are you sure this is what your monitor/screen is using?

I have found somewhat helpful solution to screen stuttering in first DOS release by disabling texture streaming as described here:

Unfortunately this tweak does not work well for Enhanced Edition.
In fact it does reduce stuttering but it set texture quality to lowest possible.
