I have a couple co-op complaints that may or may not be intended behavior.

First, when Player-A initiates a conversation with an NPC and Player-B mouses over the conversation, gets the "ear" icon, and chooses to listen in to the conversation (a nice feature, by the way), the initial dialogue box that Player-B receives is not voiced. Subsequent dialogue responses will be voiced, however.

I can read fine, but it's a bit disappointing that I'm missing out on some of the voice acting this way. And some conversations are only one dialogue box in length, meaning I never hear that NPCs voice (e.g. rats).

=======================================

Second, when the two main characters get a yellow "!" over their head indicating there's a discussion opportunity between them, for some reason there seems to be a hidden time limit on how long this opportunity lasts.

For example, when we read the journal from the jumper on the starting beach, an opportunity to have a discussion between the two players presented itself. This discussion also leads to a trait adjustment. However, without moving our characters my friend and I took a minute to discuss something (over voice chat) and in that time the "!" icon vanished before we could initiate a character-to-character dialogue. We ended up having to reload to an earlier save to fix this missed opportunity.

Why is it possible to miss conversation opportunities this way? It seems silly that one character can't go over to the other character at any time and say "Hey, I want to talk about that event that happened a few minutes back..".

Another co-op bug:

When a saved game is loaded and a second player invited to the game, if the second player is controlling a character that has hitpoint modifying equipment on then his or her character will appear to be missing that much health. The host, however, seems to see the character at full health.

Example: Sue is hosting a game for her and Bob. Upon reloading a saved game, Sue will see Bob's character at full health, but Bob will see his character missing 30 points of health because his character happens to be wearing a ring that gives a 30 HP boost.

This is a bug that existed in the original D:OS and was eventually fixed. Also, I'm referring to a co-op game played over the internet, not a couch co-op session.

Another co-op bug:

This was reported on Steam by another user, but I'm having the same issue.

When sitting on a bench in a co-op game, the host's character bugs out. The host can see me sitting normally, they can also see themselves sitting normally. I (as the joiner) can see myself sitting normally, but the host always appears to be walking in place inside the bench.

We have tried this on multiple benches and the issue is always there in that same manner. Although you can't see the animated movement, here is an image:

Another one we have been having so far 100% of the time :
Upon joining a game, I, as the client, was handed a character with all stats reset to base stats.
5 in each attributes, 0 in every abilities, no talents, no traits. Sometimes gold would be missing, too.

Before that, the host would see the character that was going to be handed over with the correct amount of stats.
Abilities like Leadership would still apply despite appearing to have no points invested, but leveling up would grant only 1 ability point ( at lower levels ) despite previously having Lone Wolf as a talent.

Reloading seem to fix the issue fortunately.

The Brotherhood of norD is love, the Brotherhood of norD is life.

Yes, I would say my friend and I run into this issue roughly a third of the time we load up a saved game. It happens with loading saved games from the main menu, and it also happens with reloading saved games from within the game.
